THERE IS NO NEED TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT to be on the waiting list. We are aware that minds can change, situations can change, and moms can say no. So to prevent any hard feelings, we do not ask for a deposit to be on the waiting list.
ONCE WE NOTIFY YOU that a baby is ready for you to pick up, you will have seven days to schedule an appointment. IF YOU CANNOT COME to pick him up within seven days, we require a NONREFUNDABLE reservation fee of $25 to hold him for longer than seven days. The reason we're asking for this is because many times, we have been asked to hold a baby for several days or even weeks, only to have the customer fall off the face of the planet and stop answering calls and emails. That's not fair to us. So if we get in touch with you, and you need to wait before you can pick up your baby, we will require the reservation fee to be sent to us via PayPal. The $25 will then be deducted from the price of the baby when you come to pick him up and pay the balance.
